Magic Runner-up in Bushrod 

Bushrod Easter Tournament 2005

The 40th annual Bushrod Easter High School Tournament was held last week @ Oakland Tech HS , from April 11 thru 14.  This eight team double elimination tournament featured some of the top talent in Northern California .  In the finals the Alleyboyz defeated the NorCal Magic 75-67.

Making the All Tournament Team from Alleyboyz were:  Larry Gurgianous from St. Mary’s in Berkeley, Chris Oakes (Castlemont), Chaz Thomas (Serra) and Devante Thomas (JFK- Fremont).  From the Magic on the All Tournament Team were Justin Holmes (Fremont-Oak), Terrance Wilder(McClymonds), Robert Mitchell  and Kevin Tyler from Berkeley High.  Other Magic players were  Jabari Davis & Will Nganga from Oakland High, Devanae Leach (Skyline), Darnell  Grier & Dominique Watson from Mojave High in Las Vegas ,
