Magic Win War on the Floor

The San Jose Road Dawgs hosted the “War on the Floor Basketball Tournament”

Held May 10 & 11 at James Lick HS in San Jose , Calif. In the Boy’s Varsity

Division The NorCal Magic won the Tournament.  This was a warm up Tournament

for the Magic and the competetion wasn’t quite up to AAU travel standards. The

Magic won over the San Jose Blazers, the Bayside Bengals  and the East Bay

Panthers.  Powell Lee from Fremont of Oakland was named MVP.  Also on the

All Tournament Team were Corey Douglas (Castlemont) and DeAngelo Williams

( Deer Valley ).  Other team members were Mico Johnson (Castlemont), Dan Teicher

(Castro Valley), Kent Owens ( Berkeley ), Louis Lowe (Castlemont), Bryse Pittman

( Berkeley ) , Jakhari Richardson (Oak Tech) and LaMont Horston (Castlemont)
